If a room configuration here doesn’t match what the property currently publishes, send us the property name and a link. We re-check it, update the record and change the verification date shown on the card.

Properties

If you run a property and your family rooms are described incorrectly here, tell us. We list properties on the basis of published room information and we do not charge for inclusion.

What we can’t help with

We are not a travel agent and cannot make, change or cancel a booking. We have no access to your reservation. For anything to do with an actual booking, contact the property or the provider you booked through.
