What this site is

Trips That Fit publishes original research into how accommodation room configurations work for larger families. It is an information site. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform, we do not hold inventory, and we cannot make, change or cancel a reservation.

Accuracy and limits

Room information is summarised from each property’s own published material on the verification date shown on each card. Properties change their rooms, occupancy rules and policies without notice, and published information is sometimes incomplete or wrong at source.

Published capacity is what the property states. It is not a booking guarantee and it does not confirm that a room is available, bookable, or permitted for your specific party on your specific dates. Occupancy rules frequently depend on children’s exact ages. We do not show live prices or availability. Always confirm the final details with the property or your booking provider before you book. Our methodology page sets out what we do and do not claim.

Derived scores

Figures such as fixed-bed counts and teen suitability are our own calculations from published information, provided as opinion to help you compare options. They are not statements of fact about a property and are not endorsements.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site, including any booking decision.

We link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Some links may be affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

Our research, structured data, written explanations and derived scores belong to Trips That Fit. Property names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their appearance here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement in either direction. Quoted room descriptions remain the property of their publishers and are used briefly for reference with a link to the source.

Acceptable use

Please don’t scrape the site at volume, republish the dataset wholesale, or use it to build a competing database. Reasonable personal use, quoting with attribution, and linking are all fine.
