  • Please note: Ages 2 and younger are not permitted on this tour.
  • Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
  • Tickets can only be used once. You will not be able to get back in if you leave one of the museum wings.
  • Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has started.
  • Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
  • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
  • No backpacks, umbrellas or big bags are allowed in to the museum.
  • Strikes at the Louvre may happen and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, a refund is not possible.
