About this experience

Born in 1986 and raised in Rome, Ilaria comes from three generations of chefs. She began cooking in her family’s restaurant at a very young age and later refined her skills at the Italian Chef Academy. She loves sharing not only recipes but also the traditions, memories, and everyday rituals that have shaped her way of cooking. This experience is perfect for beginners, passionate home cooks, couples, solo travelers, and families with children. With no more than 8 guests, there’s plenty of time to cook, ask questions, and enjoy a relaxed and personal atmosphere.
